Nancy Boyd | Accounts Payable

people-nancyI have lived in Lancaster County all of my life. My ancestors first settled here in 1719. I love this area and appreciate the hard-working, practical heritage that I have been blessed with.

My father-in-law, Jim Boyd, started White Oak Display in his basement in 1980. After working for his dad for twelve years, my husband Scott bought the business and I was recruited to “do the books”. I have a degree in elementary education and had some decent typing & math skills, so I became the company bookkeeper for many years. I now handle all accounts payable.

I am extremely proud of my wonderful husband, Scott, who is now a state legislator and is the Chairman of the Board of White Oak. We have been blessed with two terrific children, Aubrey and Zachary, and a lovely daughter-in-law, Debbie.

I enjoy reading and love going to the beach whenever I get the chance.
